Miss Myrtle – A playful, zesty gin led by native honey myrtle. Bright and citrusy with a bushland twist.
Perfect serve: Grapefruit tonic (1:2)
Our Miss Myrtle Gin is crafted in one of our signature HHH copper stills in the heart of the Bickley Valley in Western Australia.
This area is known for its rich soil and ideal climate, which contribute to the unique characteristics of the gin. The distillation process carefully preserves the delicate flavours of the Rough Honey Myrtle, ensuring that each bottle offers a taste that is both sophisticated and refreshing.

With Capi Grapefruit Tonic
1 part Miss Myrtle Gin : 2 parts Tonic
Wax Lyrical – This juniper-led gin is infused with locally foraged Geraldton wax.
Perfect serve: Classic G&T with lime.
Wax Lyrical is the first spirit released by HHH. Its signature ingredient is the leaf of WA native Geraldton Wax (Chamelaucium uncinatum), expertly blended with our pick of the boatnicals (view the flavour profile below) to produce a unique dry and savoury gin that, with a special distilling technique that draws out additional cassia flavour and has a tail that sits on your tongue for ages. Reports from numerous customers is that they are drinking it straight.

Wax Blue Lyrical – A vibrant twist on our classic, with a hint of floral sweetness and splash of natural colour.
Perfect serve: HHH signature basil wax bone cocktail.
Wax Lyrical Blue is a variation of HHH’s Wax Lyrical Gin, our first-release gin featuring Geraldton Wax as its signature ingredient. As a variation, it contains Blue Butterfly Pea flower (Latin: Clitoria ternatea) infused post-distillation, giving this iconic gin its heavenly blue colour.
Mix it with tonic and watch the signature blue transform into a stunning pink or lilac right before your eyes; strength dependant, of course!
Many pea flower gins are actually purple in the bottle and change shade to lilac or pink when mixed with tonic. At HHH Spirits, though, we’ve managed to produce a deep blue, using a lot of the pea flower to ensure that a full glass of gin and tonic still boasts a lovely deep colour.

KLC – A bold, and full flavoured gin celebrating kaffir lime and cumquats.
Perfect serve: Neat or with classic tonic +lime wedge.
KLC is the acronym for Kaffir Lime & Cumquat and is the first recipe developed by HHH.
Flavoured with usual suspects, this gin is differentiated with kaffir lime leaves and whole cumquats that grow here at HHH.
The result? A fresh, summery, and full-flavoured gin that will go down well at any afternoon shindig or sunset picnic.
The juniper is exaggerated by its combination with kaffir lime leaves so if you’re looking for a gin that tastes like gin, this is for you. It can be mixed with tonic or soda water, or not mixed at all.
